Its nine antipasto options are imported from Italy and include generous portions of creamy burrata cheese, king crab and avocado, seared scallops with raisins and a caper sauce, anchovies and peppers, cured olives, confit tuna, prime beef carpaccio, goat's cheese and bresaola - air-dried, salted beef - and vitello tonnato, which is sliced veal covered with a creamy sauce flavoured with tuna.
